Every product is custom made to suit your opening and product lead times are subject to variation. Although we cannot provide a guarantee, we strive to arrange a scheduled installation date within 3 weeks from the acceptance of quotation.
We offer the complete service and will remove and dispose of all rubbish. This can be discussed in detail upon acceptance of the quotation.
Furniture and other items will need to be removed from the window/door opening. You are responsible for the removal and reinstallation of any window treatments including blinds, curtains, etc.
Yes, typically the old frames are larger than the opening and they will need to be cut out to be removed. Inherently this creates some fine dust that can settle on any items not removed from the area.
Whilst all care is taken, CWI is not liable for damages including but not limited to, flooring, plaster, paint, lining, texture coat etc. Any areas of concern will be outlined at the time of quotation.
No, existing frames generally need to be cut out from the opening. However, we can endeavour to save panels, sashes and fixed glass if discussed at the time of quotation.
Complete Window Installations provides a 10 Year Structural Warranty on windows/doors, while industry standards are generally 7 years.
Yes, for every frame that is removed on the day of installation, a new frame will be installed and glazed before we leave.
